MONODRAUGHT LTD Maidstone Police Headquarters.

The main aim for our client on this project was to gain safe and secure access to the roof, for repairs to the ventilation turrets. The roof of the building had an eight foot overhang, for this reason we had to use longer tubes to butt the wall, so that on the top lift boards butted the facia. A close boarded protective fan was erected over the path to protect pedestrians. We also supplied and erected the security fencing.

WN BUILDING CONTRACTORS Boughton. Canterbury

This job was was at a 120 year old church. Scaffold was erected for maintenance and repair of the entire building and roof, for the conversion into five apartments. Access was required to the spire, so aluminium beams were used over the ridge of the roof, ensuring no weight was on the ridge and the scaffold did not interfere with roofing works.
